- What happens first? One of our trainers will call you to go over all of your questions and to develop a plan that works for you and your schedule.
- What are the benefits of virtual training? Accountability, motivation, and access to an expert, all without leaving the comfort of your home. Work out on your own schedule. Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like.
- Is equipment required? Having equipment is not necessary, workouts will be designed using just your body weight, or with what you have available to you
